Our holiday apartments are located near the charming Sauerland town of Balve, right by the forest and surrounded by greenery. A small stream flows across the property into a trout pond in front of the house—nature in perfect balance. Guests describe the atmosphere as wonderfully relaxing. Bevorzugte Routen nach Balve

- über A1 Köln Bremen bis Hagen / Hohenlimburg > A46 Hemer Landesgartenschau Gelände B7 Deilinghofen B515 Hönnetal bis Sansouci rechts ab auf B229 Balve bis Farben Nitsche (rechts nach ca 1,5 km) links > Richtung Bauhof ( ca500m) rechts ab bergauf (Am Willsdörn) nach 300m > Am Hüttenpfad rechts abbiegen. Versteckt hinter Bäumen Landhaus Nr 50 mit Fewo.

- über Sauerlandlinie A45 von Lüdenscheid > Werdohl B229> Balve. Durch kompletten Ort bis Balver Höhle (rechts liegen lassen) dann ca 200 links Farben Nitsche weiter wie vor.

Eine Anreise ist zwischen 14 und 18 Uhr möglich. Abreise zwischen 8 und 11 Uhr. Änderungen oder besondere Wünsche nach rechtzeitiger Absprache möglich
